Mighty Oak Medical Billing service was created to help clinics lower overhead, improve insurance collections, and add peace of mind for business owners.
In 2018, Mighty Oak Technology, Inc. started offering an ‘Executive Service’ level of support for Chart Talk Practice Management clients that had experienced turnover in their billing department. Instead of having months of reduced insurance collections, Chart Talk staff took over the claim administration at the clients clearinghouse and with payers. Clients were able to focus on staff training to serve their patients and never had to fill the role of a full time staff memeber dedcated only the insurance claim administration.
The service took off. For six years Chart Talk Executive Service was the fastest growing branch of Mighty Oak Technology, Inc. In 2025, Chart Talk Executive Service was ended and the company Mighty Oak Medical Billing, LLC was born to service the existing and growing client base.
